The Route I will Be Taking Will Be Up The GW Parkway From Gateway at Mount Vernon to Capital Hill Via Pennsylvania Avenue, Have Chase Vehicle In Front and Rear Of Me, Vehicles Will Be Either Black or White, They Can Be Uniformed Or Undercover, Either Way is Fine. Also Alert the Press
